Delivery

Expected delivery time is 3-7 business days. The shipping time includes manufacturing process, shipping and handling. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package, the country of shipment and fuel fee. In order to check precise shipping cost, the chosen product must be added to the cart.

All parcels are securely packed and sent by DHL, UPS or DPD. Every parcel has its individual tracking number.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES – Most orders will arrive within the stated time but delivery times may occasionally take longer at Christmas and allowance should be made for this. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, but will assist where possible. We can not be held responsible for orders not arriving in time for Christmas.

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@cineboxia.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that any requested refund will only be processed once the item has been returned in its original condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case the product arrived damaged, please contact us at support@cineboxia.com sending photos of the damaged product and we will get back to you as soon as possible

 

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
